Liabilities & Responsibilities

Blue Jet Packers Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings; however, we are not liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or improper packing by the customer.

Customer Obligations

• Ensure that all necessary permits and clearances are arranged prior to the move.
• Provide accurate details of the items to be moved.
• Be available at the designated location for loading and unloading.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the customer cancels the service after confirmation, a cancellation fee may be applied. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through legal procedures in the appropriate jurisdiction.
